Netflix not opening

Try to open Netflix by voice & By clicking on the tile, it opens the Netflix icon screen with the spinning wheel of some but will not open Netflix to the Home Screen.

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch

Hi

I've not been able to log in on the sky q box since the 7th July and I've tried all the suggestions on the form. Please can this be fixed asap.

regards

I can believe this has been going on for so long now, like a year!! Ridiculous. Yet month in month out the payments keep coming out! Sky should be reimbursing for a few months, or offer a few for free. Very least they could do

So you've had this issue for a year?

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch

@caesarome

Thanks for the link. I have tried the advice about logging out on  computer that @Pg666 mentioned, however I couldn't do:

7. Sign out of Neflix on the Q box, start it up, press left and go to the help section to sign out.

As I couldn't find the sign out at the help section of my Sky Q Wi-Fi box.

I have gone to my main Sky Q box and other Wi-Fi boxes and they all said I had to log back into Netflix and they all work (they always did).

But the troublesome box in our kitchen continues to just display the red circle of death!!

Fustrating.

Re: Netflix not opening

I'm having the same issue and I think it's since I recently renewed and had the premium upgrade added for Netflix. Or could just be a coincidence, either way I can't actually watch it on either of my boxes

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch

Since Feb personally but these posts about the same issue date back nearly a year
