Hi
ive been having problems with my Netflix on my sky q box it just won't load however on my mini box in bedroom it loads straight away! Anyone got any fixes for this for the main box? I've tried the usual unplug reboot even the hidden refresh and still nothing works?

I too have had intermittent red circle spinning until the last couple of days when it was permanent. I tried the app refresh and reboot of my skyQ box to no avail. But I finally got Netflix working by going into my Netflix account on a web browser and resetting my sky box on the devices part of my account, and then rebooting my sky box.
I followed the instructions from Colin0000 (post 1569)
Log into Netflix via the web browser.
Highlight your profile picture (Top right corner).
Click on Account.
Under the Security and Privacy option, click on 'Manage access and devices'.
Select the device name: (it may be called SkyQ ......or Sky UK Set-top box).
Select--> click on the "Sign out" option on the SkyQ ......or Sky UK Set-top box.
Reboot SkyQ box by turning off at the wall or plugging out for 1 minute.
Go to your SkyQ box and launch the Netflix app on your SkyQ box.

Hi, I have the same problem, did you manage to resolve the issue? Like you I have tried refreshing the apps, checked internet connection, rebooted the box but still no luck. Thanks.
Don't know / can't tell who you're replying to but have you read the last couple of pages?

Than you for confirming it still works, although any credit goes to @Sam9999 who came up with the fix.

We have 3 Sky boxes. On one of them Netflix is not working. All other apps work on this box.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor me still on Q260, Netflix working fine then went into Disney+, tried to go back into Netflix - red spinning circle 😂
I used the Reset method to get it working again. I really appreciated setting up 53 favourites again.
