I'll be phoning up later this evening but before I do is there any known issues with Sky billing links etc as picture messages? I have just received my bill and have £15 plus of picture messages all from the last 5 days to one specific number, they are all listed as picture messages but going back through my texts they are all links, ie yesterday is even too Sky Sports for a story on Fury vs Usyk, there are also shared YouTube videos etc.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @IWTD i have had this before and an internet link has converted the message to a mms which was then chargeable as mms are not included in your monthly package.

@63johnw Thanks, I have already spoken them on the phone, the advisor said it's been sent off to the backend team to re assess the messages, but to fair to him he did apply £11 days f credit onto the June bill without me asking, it's not the full £15 and pence, but he did then say to wait for a email to advise further from the backend team.

@PandJ2020 Thanks, I have just disabled MMS I hadn't thought of that, this is literally the only number I send actual texts to, everything else is either iMessage or WhatsApp.
