Technical error message

Been trying to upgrade my daughters phone for about a week now and when I get to the basket to checkout i get a pop up message saying 

Technical error.

Anyone no how to resolve it without having to phone?

Hi @sammie791  unfotunately if it's the same on other browsers then the only option is to phone.

Then I'm afraid you will have to call and 150 is the free number to use from your Sky mobile phone.

Same from long time I try to oder phone but when I try to place order there is technical error message showing in screen

When I try to open my app it's showing technical error and they say refr3s

Phone Sky to get the order placed.

 

For the app error try signing out of the app then reboot your device and then sign back into the app.
