How do I change my number to a new one if I'm getting nasty messages from an ex partner?

If you have had this number for 12 months or more then you will need to call Sky on 150 about this, if you have had it more less you will have to reclaim this to them as they are within their rights to say they can't cancel it.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Call 150 and request a new number, for domestic abuse they are entitled to a Crime Refremce Number to process.
or
Buy a payg sim pack that has a number on the outside, put on your phone & text for the PAC reference to move that number to Sky to on My Sky or call 150 with payg number PAC you are bringing into them.
I think you can also submit the payg phone number to Sky via text but couldn't see that in Help section of the website.
