I need to activate my new sky sim card. When I Tey to its say I need to link my sky id. When I do this it says my sky id has been link. But I still can't activate my sim card as it just comes up with the same I need to link my sky id.

Yes I am, I have sorted it now I managed to find a number and call them to talk to someone.
