I don't seem to be able to connect to any network in Turkey for the past 24 hours. It's been fine until late last night.
is there an issue that's known here?

Hi, we are also in Tenerife, phone was working yesterday, with no issues today it isn't we have 4 phones on one contract none are working, I renewed my contact recently and explained that sky was more expensive I was advised that sky customer service was second to none. They need to sort this out no one else in the hotel is having problems with other networks.

Ive got no signal or data service abroad. Ive tried the step by steps but nothing works

Hi Sky,
Is there a problem with Data roaming in spain. My daughter is there and cannot use her phone. No signal for data, not received a local text to say she can use her phone abroad etc etc. She has plenty of data on her phone. Can you advise please?

Hello
Thank you for your work on this. However the issue is persisting for me. Therefore, having had a working phone this morning I am now in Germany with a phone that cannot connect to a mobile network. I have completed all the steps outlined but this has not resolved the issue. I hope this can be resolved as a matter of urgency as I cannot directly contact sky as I have no connection to a mobile network. Thanks
