Just checked sky services and it states they were aware of problems earlier but have now been resolved. I've reported again my mobile is still not working. However seen sky broadband has now gone down. What is going on sky?? Why can't your servives run smoothly?

Very much tend to agree, SKY mobile is rubbish. O2 Network on not, something is different. I have friends on O2 directly whonget much better signal and seem to get 5G more often than O2 on my Sky Mobile Sim Only deal.

I'm the same as well as my daughter and sister we've not had any connection since 8am this morning and as I'm severely disabled with life threatening illnesses I'm reliant on phone and every time I try the help it puts me either through to a bot or tells me to ring sky which obviously I can't do.

Still having a problem with my data and service since the first morning problems were meant to have been fixed

Still can't make calls to landlines and mobile for most off the day ,let's Me make calls then 10mins later I can't call ,been like this from last Saturday, can't ri g sky as won't let Me ,such a nightmare this is  ,

I have had no connection all day yesterday and all night up until now, and I still have no call service. I have had to go and buy a Vodafone sim card and buy credit for it because I have to have a phone I'm disabled and have to be able to contact my carers. Does anyone know when they expect to have it fixed?

No molile network connection in East London

There is no Mobil  network  connection in East London.

I am unable connect  my Uber driver or Bolt driver Apps. Coming with error re 'please check Internet"

Mobile data

Seen that data wasn't working earlier, seen the update that all is resolved but my data still not working. When will this be fixed. I'm a fairly new customer and I'm not happy with this service as I need my phone for work.

I am having the same issue. My calls, texts and data haven't worked all day and I require it for work. A colleague of mine is also on sky and his started working yesterday evening but mine is still not working as I type this on my home wifi.

Same detail. My phone suddenly stopped connecting and now hasn't connected for pas 12 hours. Ridiculous

Same issue for me and my partner since yesterday - hugely frustrating and unacceptable- please sky keep your customers updated with issues and resolutions!
