Samsung S26 Free Accessories

Yesterday, I ordered a Samsung s26 mobile phone. It comes with free accessories which includes Samsung earbuds, and a smart watch, which you have to claim for within 30 days.

It says the earbuds will be on my order confirmation, which they are not. I didn't add anything other than the phone to my basket, as it didn't state I had to. Will I receive the buds automatically within 30 days of getting my phone?  I don't want to miss out. I did phone Sky, but the woman on the line was barely audible due the quality of the line, so I had to hang up.

It would appear that offer is finished as it's not showing for me @Adey65   You should receive them if that's what the offer said. The problem that sometimes arises with these offers is that although they are on the Sky website (and other network sites) Sky CS dont always understand what the offers are and the offer, at the end of the day, is a Samsung offer. It's usually easier to chase up the offer with Samsung especially if you have had to claim it. Not sure there is much you can do other than wait and see. You could try calling again in a day or two to see if there is an update for you.

When did you place the order @Adey65  as the only information I can find states that the free buds offer finished on 20th May ?

Yesterday. When I google the offer, it says it ends on June 3rd.

The watch offer is June 3rd but the buds were 20th May @Adey65.  So you placed the order yesterday and this was showing when you placed the order ? As the offer finished on the 20th May then that will be why they don't appear on your order. Looks like someone may have forgotten to remove the offer from Skys website over the bank holiday weekend.

Yes, it was showing when I ordered yesterday, and still is today.

There are no buds showing on that link for me @Adey65  just the watch. 🤷‍♂️

edit. If you refresh that page @Adey65  do the buds still show ?

Yes, it's still showing after a refresh. Very strange.

The buds show for me as unlike the watch you do not have to claim for them as it states this:

1. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S26 and receive a pair of Galaxy Buds4 Pro worth £219 included with your order.

2. The Buds4 Pro will appear in your order confirmation at no extra cost. They will not appear in your basket.
