Unblocking my phone

Please help I can't unblock my phone with sky as I found my phone but they've blocked it 

I can't seem to use my phone as it's phone not allowed and tried to e mail customer service with no luck 

I phoned wanting to cancel said he'd send my pac code to my e mail but never did

Hi @Stevew1973  your message isn't very clear. Did you report it lost or stolen to sky so they blocked it ? You have now found it and want it unblocking ?

Sky don't use email for general communication.

Presumably you used another phone for this call? Did you not tell the agent the story behind this when calling to request a PAC code?

Hi

I had to use my mum's stonage phone to make the call and she doesn't have internet at her house so had to take her phone accross town to make the call as i had broadband to receive the e mail.

They sent a verification code for my pacto my e mail and thought GREAT!!.

hOWEVER HE THEN SAID I HAVE TO ALSO SEND A VERIFICATION TO YOUR PHONE!!!

sERIOUSLY WHEN IT'S BLACKLISTED DUDE!!!

Then i got another guy from mobile management who told me he could send my pac code no problem to my email 

STILL WAITING FOR IT THAT WAS YESTERDAY!!!!

I think my only option is to get a new phone as my sky sim is incompatable with my i phone 13 which incidentally i b ought from sky

Well it was a woman i gave her the IMEI number and told her the situation that i now have my phone it's no longer lost she said give it 24 hours.

Really thats 5 days now and i'm still blocked and phone not allowed with my sim.

They even sent me a replacement sky sim but if your phone is blocked thats as much use as a chocolate fireguard right😆

Trust me i told the agent everything where i lost the phone i even went on FIND MY PHONE using my lap top and located it finally at the police station and filled in a lost prepoperty recovery form

I think i've told this same story to 6 different sky agents😥

The frustrating thing is i know it's sky that is blocking my I Phone and IMEI number as i've received the message on MYSKY APP. But they are unwilling or incapable of lifting the block 😡

And i din't even request it eiher???

I was forced to use my mothers ancient prehistoric phone to make the call a residence that has no broadband

And Daniel believe me i explained the situation to more than one agent till i was a shivering nervous wreck getting nowher dude ok

THE THING I HATE THE MOST IS BEINGTOLD THAT A PAC CODE WILL BE SENT TO MY E MAIL THEN IT DOESN'T

THAT MY IMEI BLOCK WILL BELIFTED AS I FOUND MY PHONE  THEN IT DESN'T

ANDTO THINK I'M APPARENTLY A SILVER VIP MEMBER 😄

I WOULDN'T LIKE TO SEE HOW THEY TREAT ORDINARY MORTALS??????😳
