Hi @Ionelai  not sure what you are trying to find out here ? If you have made a manual payment then should shouldn't have done that as sky will still take the direct debit. It will then appear as credit in your account.

What does your bill on the MySky app show as that image from your banking app doesn't really show what is happening ?
