Nearly 4 weeks without a laptop

Hiya I have tried getting in touch with sky and got no where. A couple of weeks ago a guy rang me to give me some offers like insurance. I told him ive just bought a laptop but its not been sent out yet and at the time it would've 2 weeks. He told me they must be out of stock but the waiting isnt long. I got the the macbook neo 13inch and I paid 86 quid upfront. Is anybody else still waiting for this laptop.

You are not the first person to post on here about this as the delay will be because Sky are awaiting stock from Apple so what does it say here:

Apple underestimated the demand for Neo's...

I note ordering direct from Apple is quoting mid to late May delivery.

Unfortunately someone tasked with making outbound calls flogging Sky Protect insurance may well have absolutely no real information about Apple delivery schedules.
