REFUND NOT INITIATED
Hello,
I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max with Sky Mobile on 15 May 2026 and paid an upfront amount of £182.
My order was later cancelled by Sky Mobile. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 14 days as per your policy. However, I have not yet received the refund.
Could you please check the status of my refund and let me know when I can expect the amount to be credited back to my account?

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.
It’s possible you may have failed one of the required credit check(s).
Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
