I am trying to look at the upgrade options for my mobile phone, but whenever I click on upgrade I get a screen telling me there is a technical problem at your end. I rang up a few months ago and spoke to someone regarding this, but with no success. It has now been like this for a few months. Can anyone please help? (This happens on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome)

Btw, we are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky.

Yes, I tried Incognito Mode, but with the same result. I would obviously prefer to look at my available options at my own leisure, rather than phone Sky.
Just puzzled, as it seems I am the only person getting this problem.
