I can't get calls or make calls

Every time I get call on my mobile phone the other person only hear Every other word and there is crackling on the line

You mention your mobile phone but you've posted on the Sky Talk landline phone board so can you confirm on what device you're experiencing this problem?

Just done test and there is Problem with my wifi

So, is the issue with your landline phone or mobile phone? If it's a mobile I'll move it to the appropriate board.

No problem with landline.....just mobile u shy staff
