Delivery

Hi there, I emailed you yesterday to ask you about my order wasn't delivered. I supposed to receive the item yesterday morning but unfortunately the driver didn't came in and knocked the door instead Sent we missed you message and said will come today and I was waiting all day no one came or send any notification to let me know. Can you please let me know what is happening?

In case you’re not aware, this is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. No one from a Sky will contact you because you've posted on the forum. Anything showing on here?

If you still need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.
