Not able to log in to my sky app

I have been trying to log in to the "my sky" app for almost an hour but have not been able to access it.

 

I can put in my email address and password however it then asks me to put in my email address quoting "let's find your account".

 

When I do this and hit continue nothing happens and I can not move forward.

 

I have tried to put my postcode in multiple ways, deleted and reinstalled the app and tried to log in on another device.

 

I am not able to access any deals for my sky glass TV so any help would be appreciated.

It still comes up with the postcode selection which doesn't work but if I click on the profile button it shows me my Sky ID details.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
