I've been trying to get to a tech advisor but haven't had luck I've been having issues getting onto my mobile apps but it hasn't worked it keeps asking me to link the account but when I fill my details out the account says it can't verify my details and I've taken the advice of deleting the app and reinstalling but I can't get it to work any advice would be great as I'm atm ready to tell them to do one

What details does it ask for and do you have an option to provide other details like an accoint or viewing card number ?
