Hi I had a problem with my phone the other month so had to delete the My Sky App and reinstall it. The problem now is that it keeps telling me to set up my account and when I put my details in it does nothing and I cannot check my bills or check for upgrades!! Any suggestions? Thanks

I have the same issue and was on phone for 2 hours never had a solution now I cannot activate my sim

I've switched off my phone and tried installing the app again but when I go in, it's telling me I have no products!! I've have sky tv, phone and broadband!! I might nip into the Apple shop and see if they can help!! 🤞🏻
