Stop notifications

Can anyone tell me how to stop notifications coming through from this forum please. 
I appreciated your help and I am back on but I keep getting emails saying there's messages on the thread. So I want to stop the emails

Does anything show here for you, if so delete all that you don't want notifications from:

Make sure the Do not email box is ticked here:

I have this issue too, but I only want to stop email notifications from one particular discussion, not all, and not permanently.
