My sky app is stuck on white screen i have tryed everything but nothing has worked.

I have tried lots of thi hs but my sky all will not open and stuck on the white screen .

I have tried uninstall ect clear data and cheche thing. Ect

I am stuck on this white screen now too.  What did you do to fix it?
