Skysports+ on a laptop - problem with accessing the game I want

I have skystreaming max and the skysports pack. I need to watch skysports+ on my windows laptop and be able to access the full range of EFL football matches on that to select from. A fried is able to do this through their skysports account on NOW. I am often able to see 1-2 skysports+ games on the laptop but not all of them. Can anyone help? Thank you.

The SkySports+ app is only available on iOS and Android

That was the reply on this site in August 24. Last week I could see 2 Skysports+ games on my laptop but couldn't access the other skysports+ EFL games that should have been available. Sky support told me that the games wouldn't be available until 5 minutes before kick off. I tried 5 minuts before, came out of the app and went beack in and still not available but I could access Skysports+.

 

There is also the fact that my friend on Now has no problem accessing the games.

Sky Sports+ streams are also available via the NOW app on any other streaming device or via the NOW website on a laptop with the appropriate subscription.

@Greenhurst  whilst now tv customers can access every stream, non now tv customers can only access whatever games are shown on the sky sports plus linear channel (412) via a laptop or pc, the additional streams for non now customers can only be accessed via the specific sky sports mobile app for iOS and android tablets and mobile devices only

Hi @Greenhurst 

 

As per my post SkySports+ is ONLY available on iOS and Android as per the link that I shared. NowTV is a separate service, while owned by Sky is run as a separate entity.

 

As @SKY1992bf highlighted the SkySports+ linear channel isnon SkyGo but you need to use an app for the other streams.

One of those games (not sure about the other) might have being broadcast on Channel 412 because they do appear on here sometimes meaning you would have been able to see this game with the Sky Go app on your laptop.
