The Viewer Relations team deal with TV programming enquires so don't deal with email issues so to register a complaint you can fill in the form on this page:

@Marble66 @KathleenLexi @caesarome
update. After over a month I managed to regain access to my sky emails. This was only possible by raising a formal complaint which resulted in Sky contacting Yahoo directly to unlock the account. The Sky complaints rep was helpful for sure. Hopefully this gives hope for others who are experiencing the same issue.

Glad you got sorted. I've not been so lucky. My password was changed - looks like an attempted hack - but they couldn't access my Yahoo account thanks to the 2FA so I got the verification code to my phone. However, now I can't access my email account and tried Reset password and, surprise, surprise, they send the verification to the email address I can't access. There isn't an option to have it sent to the phone.
I have had no luck speaking to representatives on the phone - they keep asking for a password which I now don't know?? But very suspicious behaviour from supposed Sky technicians. Don't know where to go now to get sorted????????? Maybe I'll just move to another provider after 25 years!!!!!!!!!

If you can't remember it, call and ask to set up a new one. Providing you still have a subscription with Sky, they'll be able to verify your identity by other means and allow you to set a new telhone password.

Haven't had a sky subscription for a couple of years now, but wanted to stick with Sky Yahoo email. Technicians didn't explain anything to me - really unhelpful and hours on the phone.
Don't know where else to go now as Sky bots are also next to useless.

I doubt they have any way of verifying that you are who you say you are then and consequently can't help.

Appreciate that, so why don't they just send the verification to the phone that I set up for the 2FA. Then they'll know that it is me requesting the password reset. Shouldn't be difficult to just do that.

No idea, I'm afraid. I can only guess the process hasn't been designed to accommodate it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust about everything Sky have implemented for the 2FA is wrong. I turned it off immediately after trying to use it.

Yes, I tried it, just to see how it worked but gave up with it pretty soon after. More bother than it's worth.
