Hi all my Nan had her sky email hacked and I'm attempt to change password I am not sure if she has somehow deleted the account.
we can login into the account now with the new password but it does not send or receive emails - any ideas?
Bit of a nightmare

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Perfect thank you! That has worked they can nowreceive emails, the hacker had put another email in.
Now having issues signing into yahoo app on iPad - keeps saying this when you try even if you wait half an hour. Any ideas?
