Has anyone had a similar issue when setting up broadband for the first time? I'm not really sure what any of this means. We're moving into a flat and our electrician has told us that everything is wired up and ready to go all we needed to do was sign up to a broadband provider. Now it looks as though the ground outside the flat will have to be dug up. It says we'll be updated on the 29th and our original installation date is for the 1st.

To be honest i don't see the issue. Both the top two 80Mbps vdsl or 150 Mbps g.fast still relay on the the old copper cables

Ah okay, I'm not sure what any of this means to be honest or the reason for the delay.
Thank you for the help anyway!

I'm wondering, on the photos of the charts that I posted, it says in the notes that FTTP is not available.
Would that affect anything?

Also is there any way I can get this flagged and speak to a Sky Expert on live chat? Thanks
