@Bev96  Did you book a Hoem Move?  Have you been given an activation date?

If not you need to be aware that just movuing to another property without telling Sky/Booking a Home Move won't move your broadband with you as it can't follow you around the network?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Well, yes.  If you didn't place an order back around the end of November for internet activation at the new address to happen on or after your moving date then it's not going to be there now: terrestrial broadband is provisioned individually to a subscriber property on a particular optical fibre or metallic 'phone' pair, which has a significant lead time.

Unfortunately given the disruption to working days over the next fortnight, you're probably looking at late January at the earliest.

If you did in fact book a Home Move but now find the circuit isn't live then late on the afternoon of Christmas Eve really isn't an ideal time to hope for engineering support.
