Just upgrade to sky fibre and the Amazon tablet won’t connect

Just had the new sky hub fitted on fibre. My Amazon tablet won't connect to the internet. It's connected to the hub but not going online

I've connected all my other devices and they work fine. Alexa, phones, laptop. When I connect the Amazon tablet it just says " connected without internet"

It may be that you need to switch off Sky Shield

Sky shield is off as well
