For the past few months, we have suffered. a loss of WiFi everyday, several times a day, sometimes for 5 mins, other times for 30 mins. All the lights are on the router and booster box and I have tried resetting them both but to no avail. What else could I do to get the service that I pay for?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TonyW3 You can download Wi-Fi analyser on to your mobile and at the times of dropping see what signals are the stronger and if they are being overtaken by another around you.
