For the past few months, we have suffered. a loss of WiFi everyday, several times a day, sometimes for 5 mins, other times for 30 mins. All the lights are on the router and booster box and I have tried resetting them both but to no avail. What else could I do to get the service that I pay for?

I have change browser to Google Chrome and I now get the sign in. However, after keying in admin and Sky the sign in window just repeats.

Yes, constantly. It seems to be getting worse.
Did you see the Router Stats I sent? I ask because I'm not 100% sure my reply was sent.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TonyW3 Yes I did see them and the connection itself has been up nearly 9 days and your Wi-Fi has been up over 7 days with no drops showing. Is this happening to all devices connected to the Wi-Fi or is it just one device?

No, it is throughout the house and affects all devices. It is currently on.
