@TonyW3   If and when it happens again can you login and grab the router stats again and post them to see if it is the Wi-Fi radios that are turnng off or if it is a faulty router.

I don't know how successful this will be as when I lose WiFi, I can't access the website. I therefore took readings immediately when the WiFi came back on.

@TonyW3Coonection is still stable with the Wi-Fi radios behind. Is there a lot of other properties around you?

Yes, we live on an estate. Do you think we are suffering from radio interference and if so how would I be able to find out? Sorry to ask you so many questions.

@TonyW3  You can download Wi-Fi analyser on to your mobile and at the times of dropping see what signals are the stronger and if they are being overtaken by another around you.

Highlinder,

Thanks for your advice.  I have downloaded the App but it doesn't really help me.  I have since spoken with Sky and they are sending me another (updated wifi booster) to use.  I don't know whether this will solve the problem (wi-fi is working well today) but I'll give it a go.
