I don't know how successful this will be as when I lose WiFi, I can't access the website. I therefore took readings immediately when the WiFi came back on.

Yes, we live on an estate. Do you think we are suffering from radio interference and if so how would I be able to find out? Sorry to ask you so many questions.

Thanks for your advice. I have downloaded the App but it doesn't really help me. I have since spoken with Sky and they are sending me another (updated wifi booster) to use. I don't know whether this will solve the problem (wi-fi is working well today) but I'll give it a go.
