So...... I've been having issues for some time with WiFi dropping out. Over the weekend the Q. Box is now not connecting to the network. I have tried everything to the point of now even upgrading to the max router!! Still doing it! Had enough of this rubbish and need sorting - need an engineer but can bloody speak to anyone! This is just ridiculous. I am not an engineer and someone needs to sort this. Any help greatly appreciated.
I have unplugged - tested and all ok so all lights green on everything. The lights are on but no one is home!!!!

Can you escalate it again please and maybe someone can call me. I have upgraded not sky max and go a booster also. We are having to hard wire the TV. The mini box is also not working and the booster thing for that doesn't have all the light on it. I think this may be where the problem lies but I don't have a clue
