My broadband keeps dropping since I have upgraded. Before upgrade it was absolutely fine. The engineer came to upgrade and now it is awful. I have been with sky for years but no way am I staying unless its fixed. I pay a lot and it is extremely poor. It fixes itself and when I run the test it says everything is fine. But of course by then it's fine because it's fixed itself! But almost daily on a number of occasions it just stops working!

I have just checked, it's ultrafast 1. Even now as I message the WiFi is not working. However when I run the tests on sky it saying everything us running normal

Mine is exactly the same, been fine for years, told by sky upgrading to ultrafast would be better, engineers out, drilled whipped in my wall for new little box., Different engineers up the telephone pole attaching new cables......eversince, rubbish....can't see any difference other than the circle of doom appearing pretty much everyday on what ever I'm watching, sometimes dropping out completely. Using the internet is slower if anything...very disappointed
