Hi. There is no Internet at all today and all my attemps to contact customer service for any information were unsuccessful. I am working from home as many others people do so I think is fair to inform people when do you expect to sort the issue!

Sky can only update when they receive information from Openreach. WFH offers no priority at all as Sky BB is a cheaper end domestic service.
