Discussion topic: Buffalo terastation no access since changing to sky router

I have both buffalo terastation nas and wd my cloud and also a switch and I only get the drives showing as disconnected I have forwarded ports ii can ping with no lose I am thinking of going back to previous provider and advise would be great
