Internet dropping in and out for 2 days

For the past 2 days our internet has been dropping in and out (internet light goes off, then amber flashing, then amber solid, then back to green). This has been happening at a variable rate. Often every few minutes., occasionally after half an hour. I have tried every piece of advice I have found (using the sky service checker, unplugging equipment, resetting the hub etc.) but it is still happening. I have called Sky twice. I get an automated service that tells me that the problem is between my hub and devices (which patently can't be right) and sends me a text link to info I have already followed multiple times then hangs up on me. Can anyone help?
