Re: Wi fi extender

Hi all,

I have same issue and keen to understand what was agreed on the private chat to help my problem

I see 6/7 devices and only use 2, so need 4 removed and I can't seem to get it done.

My Devices:

1: Android phone

2: Amazon stick

Not My Devices and need moved:

3: iPhone

4: iPad

5: Huawei phone

6: Sky Q box

7: Non-Sky Device

I need these removed and blocked ASAP

@MrSpe1rs the only way devices not belonging to you can connect to your WiFi is by using the password. Sky cannot remove those devices however you can do thst simply yourself by changing the WiFi password as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password

Re: Chrisee

It's a total ClusterF mate as it's a shared location and my Router is sat in hall and refused permission to drill holes etc. To extend to private room.

Anytime I alter my info via laptop, as you kindly suggested.  These twisted F's reset the thing and pull me into some TP-Link family group ... Then when confronted,, deny deny deny...
