Can anyone help with my slow speeds ? Paying for sky super fast 65 mbps supposedly but receiving only 30. Impossible to speak with some one at sky - where do I go ? What do I do ? Moved to sky from vodaphone 3 weeks ago as vodaphone had not advised that max speed in our area 35

Ive been a Sky customer for over 10 years, but over the past 3 months their internet speed is poor (and not always what they claim it to be). You will also find it disconnects a lot too.
No good complaining to them as they will tell you the speed is fine even when its not. Their service have gone down hill fast.

Find out moreBroadband speed (particularly FTTC) is almost entirely a product of the individual copper circuit to the individual address and then wireless conditions in the building. There's very little point making generalisations because these simply aren't relevant: it's working out what's happening at a particular location which counts.
