My sky app says Sky q unknown if connected to Internet

My sky app says Sky q unknow  if connected to Internet. It is connected to Internet just wondering if any one knows why the app says its unknown?

hi thank you for your reply. everything is working fine internet etc its not a big issue . was just wondering
