@Ashworth0403  Check your order tracker if the appointment shows you may be able to change it, however if less than 24 hours notice is provided you will likely be charged a missed appt fee.

 

If nothing shows on your order trackiung page you'll need to call Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
