If you mean can you connect to devices like cameras on your home network when away yes that is possible if you have set them up,to do so. If you mean can you access free wifi in theory yes see here https://www.sky.com/wifi
However personally I have never bothered setting it up as free wifi is available in many places which is simpler and easier to use. The concept of the The Cloud has really lost its reasoning with the roll out of wifi on public transport etc etc.

The Sky-owned public WiFi product branded as 'The Cloud' is a weird legacy and has very few active locations. Sky has no equivalent of the BT service where almost all of the ten million BT Hubs broadcast a 'guest' WiFi signal for other BT subscribers to use.
If you are asking about 'cloud' access to files and folders, then no, Sky offers no such thing itself: customers get to sort that out themselves.
