Wifi is not connecting to the TV

Wifi is not connecting to the TV for example unable to connect to netflix, catch up 

diagnostic tests have been done and all show Green 

 

state to connect press and hold the WPS button on the broadband router however there is no WPS on the router but there is on the sky box yet this still doesn't appear to work 

 

when we type in the wifi password doesn't connect 

 

can you please arrange for an engineer to call to discuss as a matter of urgency

All Sky Hubs have a WPS button.  If yours is an upright black Sky Broadband Hub or white Max Hub then it's low down on the right hand side.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
