Broadband

Sky app is saying I don't have broadband with them but I do !? Anyone had this before ?

@VickyC71Is the Sky app itself or the broadband test no being able to find your router?

I have called them and they have me signed up for broadband so I don't know what happened there ! Thank you for your reply

@VickyC71  Have seen myself that when running the broadband test that it can't find the router. But never had it saying that I don't have broadband on my account.
