How do I get the replacement hub?

Hi I got the email about the replacement hub because there will be no more security updates. The link does not point to a page how do I update my hub?

the email as it did work for me when I used it last month, does the webpage not load ?

It just goes to the main site - not a specific page about the replacement

All you can do is to call Sky to see if they can get this ordered for you.
