Worst provider !!

New customer and just moved in to property. 

Ordered sky .

Box came but to shop beneath our flat. 

And on day of engineer visit Noticed that the address had changed from Flat blar blar

New road 

Uk etc to

Blar blar 

Flat new road.

So I tried the worst chat bot ever and many phone calls until I managed to speak to a real person . I explained the issue but the man said " it's not going to be a issue"

I then get a text to say the engineer won't be needed as it will be done remote. 

I ring up again as not happy that I didn't need to tale a day off work but also to make sure it would be activated on my address and not the down stairs shop. Again I was told it would be fine and they even confirmed that the address I gave them was the one open reach had.

1.33am here and surprise surprise  just a red light on the sky hub.

@Chrisd1981 sounds like a right mess so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
