I have recently found out sky has been over charging me for sky packages I don't have ,don't want didn't ordered . Over 3 hrs on phone trying to get support at various stages ,4 complaints send in . Spoke to several different advisors who told me it was sorted in October and then again in December. To see that sky still over charged and took the money from my direct debit . Still waiting on customer service to get back to me . Have stated I will cancel whole package ,so they added on fibre at no additional cost ,which they then decided to add the additional cost to my package . So I am now being charged for a package of sky sport ,didnt order ,don't want don't have ,but getting charged for few months off it .. even thought advisors also tell me I font have package its a billing error ,but you keep charging and taking the money from my account . Still waiting on refund from ocotober due to it . Now you took a 190 euro out my account again for sky sports and billed me forb3 months off it which I already spoke with you about and sky said that you didn't but I see its going out of bank account . No available reps to answer phone . (Removed)
