New contract

I have taken out a new contract and got price down to £69 which will start in April but when I look at future bill it says £78. And also got a email saying £56  it is so hard to actually talk to someone to find out what is happening 

is there a email complaints address as I am confused

The April bill will include the annual price increase which I imagine will be around 10%, as that's close to the rate of inflation.

Thanks thought it could be that but seems a lot I have emailed them as well 

as trying to get a answer from them is quite hard

When did you speak to Sky as the bills are not updated straight away as it can take a little while for this to happen,
