I have taken out a new contract and got price down to £69 which will start in April but when I look at future bill it says £78. And also got a email saying £56 it is so hard to actually talk to someone to find out what is happening
is there a email complaints address as I am confused

Thanks thought it could be that but seems a lot I have emailed them as well
as trying to get a answer from them is quite hard
