Changing household email address

Hello,

I would like to change the e-mail address that is under my household, not the only under my Sky ID.

I've looked all around the my details section and everywhere else and cannot seem to find where I might be able to do this

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to change the email address here:

Under the account owner section of account information, I see my registered name however do not see my e-mail address or anywhere I would be able to change it.

This is what I see so are you logged in with your primary ID:

By primary ID do you mean your main one? Because yes, this is the only one I have.

I only see my name on that page and nothing else.

In that case after Christmas you will have to contact Sky either by calling them or one of the social media links at the bottom of this page about this.
