Discovery plus free subscrition

I am no longer a sky subscriber but discovered that I still have a Discovery plus entertainment only subscription. I need to cancel/invalidate this in order to be able to upgrade to D+ including TNT sport via smart LG TV. Need help urgently please.

Sky's support lines are apparently open - I don't think other customers can assist you.

 

You may even need to contact Discovery.

 

...or use a different email address if that's blocking it?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
