Changing Mobile number of my account details

I have recently upgraded my mobile telephone and have a new number and wish to update my account records with this detail but cannot access this data online as code is being sent to my old device.

Hi @John2911 

If you have Two factor authentication set up then you should have been provided with a recovery code when you first set up 2 FA.

Failing this you need to contact Sky directly.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Before contacting Sky you might want to see if you can do this yourself.

 

When your set up 2FA you were asked to make a note of a recovery code so if you have this then sign in with it as that will turn 2FA off which will allow you then to set it up with your new mobile number.

 

If you haven't got the recovery code then you will have to follow the advice posted by @oldfella to contact Sky to ask them to disable this for you.
