Bill

I paid my bill tonight by card but its said payment has failed but the money has come out of my bank asthough its been paid.

Unless your services have been restricted paying manually by a card is not needed as Sky should be able to be able to take it from you each month by whatever payment you have set up on your account.

 

Have you checked that this payment you made has actually gone onto your account as a credit and that it hasn't actually paid this bill ?

I always pay by card as i dont have a direct debit set up. 
it came up with as payment failed on the payment screen.

It part of the T&Cs that you must have a regular payment setup so it doesn't have to be a direct debit as you can use a credit or debit card so Sky can take it automatically from you each month.

 

If the money is shown as being taken then what shows here via your account:

Does it show a payment has been made, do you see a credit ?

@Ben8286  On your online banking does the payment show as pending?  If it fails at Sky's end the pending payment normally returns to your bank balance in a few days.

 

As per @caesarome  post does it show as credit on your Sky account?  If not the above will apply.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
